The Pratt Family Dairy-free Cookbook
The Pratt Family Cookbook

A lot of my recipes are located herecan be adapted to use rice or soy milk (or powdered and water) and acceptable margarine.

Cooking Tips:
- Use a cookie scoop to make your cookies the same size and to save you time.
- My cookie recipes should be soft.  If you know your oven cooks cookies, etc. darker, reduce the cooking time or lower the oven temperature.
- I use a Pyrex liquid measuring cup in my recipes.

NOTES:
The milk can be room temperature or refrigerated and you can replace the recipes that call for "rice milk" with "soy milk".
Make sure you use plain white vegetab;e shortening for any of the recipes that call for "shortening".

EF denotes recipes that are egg-free.
