Navajo Tacos

3/4 pound ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons safe or homemade taco seasoning (optional)
About 1/2 cup water (If using seasoning.)
Lettuce (cut into small pieces)
Diced Tomatoes
Refried Beans
Sopaipillas 1 or Sopaipillas 2

If you buy taco seasoning, buy seasoning that is labeled "Pareve or Parve".

Brown ground beef and drain excess fat .

If using taco seasoning: Add seasoning.  Add enough water to cover the meat.  Let simmer
until the water soaks into the meat.

Cut the sopaipilla dough into 4 equal pieces or more if you want smaller Navajo Tacos. Make
a ball and roll with a rolling pin.  You can roll the dough out and cut the dough with a knife.
Cook as directed in the sopaipilla recipe.

Warm up refried beans.  Place refried beans, meat, lettuce, and tomatoes on the sopaipillas.
Serve.
