Dale Bliss joined the Competent Search team in August 2005.  Formerly with Kendall & Davis Resources, a leading recruitment firm for Information Technology professionals, Dale led a team of corporate recruiters in one of the most challenging arenas of human resources.  His experience has helped him developed a knack for matching abounding opportunity of the mortgage industry with the best professionals who are looking for career growth and wealth potential. 

In 1999 Dale founded Advantage Enterprises, a real estate and business development company.  As an investor himself, Dale understands the value of top notch lending professionals and their desire for a company with the best line of products, qualified support and strong leadership that all adds up to the ability to close the deal.

Greg Demmitt joined Competent Search in January 2004, having known Craig Guisinger for over 10 years as pastor of the church Craig attends in Tempe, Arizona. Greg has a broad background in sales, human resources and communications. He won best sports section from both the Louisiana Press Association and Louisiana Sports Writers Association. He served as a human resource consultant for Thompson Newspapers and was project coordinator for the succussful Havester project.

A 1978 graduate of Oregon Bible College, Greg continues to serve as a pastor and also as a member of the Minsterial Recognition Board of the Church of God General Conference.
