Cook vegetables. For gravy, melt margarine
in a large saucepan on medium to medium-high.
Add salt and flour. Stir. Add 1 1/2 cups liquid slowly and stir.
Let simmer until hot. Grease
a 9x11 inch baking dish. Place the dressing in the
greased baking dish. Cover the dressing
with water and move the spoon up and down until moist. Place
poultry on top of the dressing.
Mix the vegetables and gravy mixture together and place on
top of the meat. Bake at 350 degrees
F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot. Serve.
