If using ground beef, brown meat in frying pan. Remove
excess fat. If using other meats,
cook and cut up into small pieces. In a pan, combine oregano, seasoning
salt, basil, sugar,
and tomato sauce. Mix. Add meat and let simmer until sauce has
almost completly evaporated.
Serve on buns or rolls.
You can use less meat and put it on rice instead of bread.
