1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounces) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling or Any Other Flavor Canned Pie Filling
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually
beat in condensed milk until it is smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla and mix slightly. Pour into
prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set.
Top with Cherry Pie Filling or other fruit pie filling.
Refrigerate leftovers.
