Chili Beef Stroganoff

4 1/2 cups egg noodles or 12 ounces pasta
1-15 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes (slightly drained)
About 1 3/4 cups water
4 tablespoons brown gravy mix
1/3 cup salad dressing or sour cream
2 cups frozen or fresh corn or 1-15 1/4 ounce canned whole corn (drained)
1-15 1/2 ounce can kidney or pinto beans (drained)
1/2 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chili or taco seasoning mix (this is mild)

Cook pasta in a pot; according to the directions on the package, drain.

Brown meat.  Drain meat.  If using frozen corn, cook it.  Put gravy mix in a large sauce pan
(add a enough water to make gravy mix liquid).  Stir.  Add remaining water and stir.  Stir in
salad dressing or sour cream.  Add seasoning, meat, corn, and tomatoes into the gravy mixture.
Stir.  Let simmer until hot.  Add noodles or pasta and stir.  Serve.
